One of the best things to do in the summer heat is to eat ice cream. That's why we have listed the ice cream recipes you can make at home!
1. Everyone's Favorite Chocolate Ice Cream
50 g powdered sugar
300 ml cream
2 tablespoons of milk
125 g chocolate
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons extra cream
Whisk the milk and cream in a bowl.
A few minutes after whipping, add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until creamy.
Pour this mixture into a container with a lid and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Finely chop the chocolates.
Put the chopped chocolates in a glass bowl and add 2 tablespoons of cream to it.
Melt the chocolate by placing this bowl in a saucepan of hot water.
Once melted, cool, stirring occasionally.
Take out the mixture you put in the refrigerator and transfer it to a separate container.
Add the chocolate mixture to it and mix it with a wooden spoon.
Freeze this mixture in the freezer.
After freezing, roll with a spoon and serve in cups with chocolate sauce.
2. Pink Strawberry Ice Cream
500 g strawberries
1 glass of water
200 g granulated sugar
1 egg white
Wash and sort the strawberries.
Crush the extracted strawberries and pass them through a strainer.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon on it.
Add sugar and water to a saucepan, bring to a boil and leave to cool.
After it cools, mix it with egg white and the strawberry juice you prepared.
Chill in the freezer at the highest temperature, stirring occasionally.
After freezing, give it a round shape with the help of a spoon and serve by garnishing with strawberries.
3. Caramel Ice Cream For Caramel Lovers
70 g granulated sugar
80 ml cream
360 ml milk
1 vanilla stick
3 egg yolks
Separate 1 teaspoon of the granulated sugar and put the rest in a thick-bottomed saucepan and cook until it reaches a caramel consistency.
Remove the sugar from the heat and carefully add the cream.
Let the caramel melt by heating the mixture again on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Beat the egg yolk with a teaspoon of granulated sugar until it becomes foamy.
In a separate pot, boil the milk and vanilla stick and pour over the caramel.
Bring the mixture to a boil again and add the egg yolk mixture to it, stirring constantly and slowly.
After adding it, put it in a separate pot and cook it until it thickens, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Be careful not to boil and turn off the stove.
Stir the mixture in the pot through a strainer so that it cools quickly.
Pour into a large bowl, close the lid, and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes, in the freezer.
After freezing, serve by rolling with a spoon.
4. Lemon Ice Cream
2.5 cups granulated sugar
4 glasses of water
1/2 cup of cream
Add sugar and water to a saucepan and put it on the stove.
After boiling for 5 minutes, let it cool. Add the cream.
Extract the juice from the lemons by squeezing them in a lemon squeezer and put them in a bowl.
Put the lemon juice in the cooled syrup and pass it through a fine sieve.
Freeze in the freezer, stirring occasionally.
Serve after freezing.
